Quality Inspection Standard

Last updated: 2026-10-23

1. What we check, free of charge

Every item that arrives at our warehouse is registered, weighed, and photographed.

CheckDetail
Quantitythe number of pieces matches your order
Colour / model / sizeagainst the variant you selected
Visible defectsstains, tears, scratches, dents, broken stitching, cracked screens
Accessoriescables, straps, cases, manuals and gifts that are visible in the box
Labellingbrand and size labels present on apparel and footwear
Weight & dimensionsmeasured, for freight calculation

You receive 3 free photographs covering the whole item, the label and any defect we find.

2. What we cannot check for free

  • Brand authentication and seller authorisation. We purchase from the seller you point us at, so we cannot authenticate goods, verify brand authorisation, or vouch for what a seller claims about an item — and no inspection service we sell changes that. If you have any question about a seller's credentials, contact us before you pay and we will tell you exactly what we can and cannot confirm.
  • Internal electronics faults beyond a visual check — buy the power-on test service.
  • Functionality of sealed items where testing would break the seal (unless you ask us to and accept that the seal will be broken).
  • Flaws invisible in a photograph: smells, subtle colour difference under other lighting, internal construction.

3. Paid inspection services

ServiceWhat you get
Extra detail photos (¥3 each)close-ups of the parts you specify
Re-inspection (¥10 per item)a fresh check against your own checklist, 3 photos included
Power-on test (¥15 per item)power on, charge, exercise the functions, keep video evidence

4. Reporting a problem

If the photographs show a defect, tell us within 48 hours and before the parcel is dispatched internationally. We contact the seller and, where the seller is at fault, arrange a return, exchange or refund of the item price. See Refunds & Returns.

5. Our limits

Inspection is a visual, photographic check on your behalf. It covers the checks listed in section 1 and nothing beyond them. It does not replace the seller's warranty, and it is not a guarantee that the item is genuine, functional in every respect, or compliant with the regulations of your country. Items on our prohibited list are never bought — see Prohibited & Restricted Items.
