Taobao accounts are tied to a mainland mobile number, and checkout runs through Alipay. Neither is practical to set up from abroad.
Most sellers do not ship overseas
Even when they do, the option is often a forwarder warehouse — which still leaves you arranging the international leg yourself.

Checking whether the size is right, asking the seller a question, exchanging a wrong item, combining five parcels into one — all of it needs someone on the ground.

We buy it in China
We place the order with your chosen size, colour and quantity, and talk to the seller in Chinese on your behalf — including exchanges and returns within the seller's window.
Inspection and free storage
Every parcel is opened and photographed before it goes anywhere — 3 free QC photos per item. We then store it free for 90 days so you can keep shopping.
Consolidate and ship
Tell us when to send. We remove unnecessary packaging, combine everything into one parcel, quote the international shipping, and ship only after you approve.
Transit options
Transit time starts when the parcel leaves our warehouse. Buying and domestic delivery inside China usually takes a few days on top of that.

Questions people actually ask
- Do I need a Chinese phone number or Alipay account?
- No. That is the whole point of using an agent. We buy with our own verified Chinese account; you only deal with us in English and pay us, not the seller.
- How much does the service cost?
- Our service fee is 0% — we do not add a margin on top of the item price. You pay the seller's actual price, the domestic shipping inside China, the international shipping, and optional insurance (3%, minimum ¥15, cover capped at ¥2000 per item).
- When do I pay?
- After you approve the quote. We quote the item cost plus international shipping first; you confirm the total and the payment method with us before anything is charged. Quotes are held for 72 hours because freight rates and exchange rates move.
- How long does delivery take?
- It depends on the line you pick: 5-7 days, 8-14 days, 15-22 days, 23-35 days. These are transit times after dispatch — the time to buy and receive your item in our warehouse is separate.
- Can I return something?
- Yes, within the seller's return window and while the item is still in China. We handle the return in Chinese and refund what the seller refunds. Returns get much harder once a parcel has left China, which is exactly why we photograph everything first.
- What if it arrives damaged or goes missing?
- Loss is compensated at the declared value, capped at ¥2000 per item. Damage compensation requires insurance — without it we still help you claim against the carrier, but we cannot pay out ourselves.
