What we do
MochiBuy is a cross-border purchasing agent. Customers outside mainland China send us links to items on Chinese marketplaces. We buy the goods on their behalf, receive them at our consolidation warehouse in Wuhu, Anhui, China, carry out quality inspection, consolidate multiple orders into one parcel, and ship internationally.
We do not hold inventory and we do not resell goods. We act solely as the customer's purchasing and shipping agent. The item price is passed through at cost with no commission — our revenue comes from international shipping, billed on chargeable weight, plus optional value-added services such as QC photo reports, reinforced packaging and insurance.
Customers pay per order. We do not run a prepaid wallet or hold a customer fund balance.
