Beginner guide: how to buy with MochiBuy

Choose products
Find the item on Taobao / Tmall / 1688 and copy the link — or paste the link into our search, or ask us to find the same item.

Submit order
Paste the link, pick colour, size and quantity, then submit. If we can't read the link, use a custom order.

Pay for the item
Confirm the item price and domestic shipping, then pay so we can start purchasing.

We purchase it
Our team contacts the seller and places the order. Follow progress in order tracking.

Inspection & storage
On arrival we inspect, weigh and photograph your items — free QC photos plus 90 days of free storage.

Submit a parcel
Select items in your warehouse, submit a parcel, add the international address and choose a line.

Pay international shipping
Pay the shipping (including customs and handling). Any difference is refunded or charged by actual weight.

Packed & shipped
The warehouse packs, weighs and labels your parcel, then hands it over to the carrier.

Confirm receipt
Confirm receipt after delivery to earn reward points, redeemable for products or perks.

5 answersHow much is the service fee?+
0%. You only pay the item price, domestic shipping and international shipping.
How long can I store my items?+
Free storage for 90 days, extendable. Items left beyond 180 days (including extensions) will be automatically disposed of.
Can I combine several orders?+
Yes. Items in the warehouse can be consolidated at any time, which significantly lowers international shipping.
How are customs duties handled?+
Lines marked “Tax included” already cover destination duties. On other lines you may need to declare yourself.
What can't be shipped?+
Clothing, shoes, bags and most electronics are fine. Liquids, powders, counterfeit goods and prohibited items are not accepted.
